PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window-size settable radio terminal that can deal with congestion of communications at a backhaul side and existence of a bottle neck in a communication path and implement more excellent communications.SOLUTION: A radio terminal that can achieve information at an access network side from a notification signal or response signal transmitted from a relay device through a radio network has backhaul congestion degree determining means for achieving at least one of information on the use degree of a radio resource and information of a residual resource capacity of the relay device from the received notification signal or the response signal, and determining a backhaul congestion degree parameter based on the achieved information, maximum window setting means for calculating a maximum window size for defining the amount of data to be collectively transmitted or received on the basis of the determined backhaul congestion degree parameter, and window control means for controlling the whole window size associated with at least one of transmission and reception to a value within the maximum window size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
