Disclosed is a stent. The stent comprises: a stent main body which is configured such that a plurality of band parts, of which the circumference is formed by supporting parts arranged in a connection state in a zigzag form, are connected to each other so as to form a cylinder shape; and a spiral pillar which is extendingly formed in a winding state in a spiral form from one side end towards the other side end of the longitudinal direction of the stent main body, and which forms a supporting part of any one point among the supporting parts of the respective band parts.
