External air runs against a central portion of a heat dissipation plate (330) through a through hole (331a) of the central focusing plate (331) and is then scattered in all directions, and heat is prevented from being concentrated on a central portion of an LED module (340). In the vicinity of a portion at which the power device support (321) and the heat dissipation plate (330) are provided, the external air runs against a side wall of the lighting case (200) so that the lighting case (200) may be cooled. Thus, even when a person holds the lighting case (200) with a hand, the risk of a burn may be significantly reduced.
