PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device that prevents a drive circuit or a connecting part between circuits from being broken when a flexible panel is handled.SOLUTION: An element substrate 101 constituting a display device has a first area having a display unit 103, a second area having an external connection electrode, a fourth area having a scan line side drive circuit 108, a first side along a first direction, and a second side along a second direction. The display unit 103 has a transistor and a light emitting element. A third area between the first area and the second area is bent, so that the second area overlaps the other part of the substrate 101 than the second area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
