PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extraction mechanism that prevents dregs of a raw material from adhering to a holder of a beverage extraction device.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction mechanism comprises: a beverage extraction container 40 in which a raw material of a beverage is housed; a funnel 30 in which the beverage extraction container 40 can be detachably housed, and whose inner diameter gradually decreases from an upper opening part 32 toward a lower opening part 34; and a holder 24 that is provided in a beverage extraction device 1, and in which the funnel 30 can be detachably housed. When the funnel 30 is housed in the holder 24, the lower opening part 34 of the funnel 30 is exposed downward from a lower end of the holder 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
