PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows pump device capable of reducing discharge-side pulsation without causing a great increase in installation space and a reduction in discharge rate.SOLUTION: A bellows pump device comprises: first and second bellows 13 and 14 attached to a pump head 11 independently of each other to be able to freely expand/contract, drawing in a fluid from an intake passage 34 to inside by expansion, and discharging the fluid to a discharge passage 35 from inside by contraction; first and second air cylinder portions 27 and 28 actuating the first and second cylinders 13 and 14 to expand/contract, respectively; first and second detection means 29 and 31 detecting expansion/contraction states of the first and second bellows 13 and 14, respectively; and a control unit 6 controlling the first and second air cylinder portions 27 and 28 to be driven so that the other bellows 14 (13) contracts from a maximum expansion state just before one bellows 13 (14) turns into a maximum contraction state on the basis of detection signals of the first and second detection means 29 and 31, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
