PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke-preventing hanging screen capable of supporting a sheet material always in a proper tension without performing an adjustment work of the pulling quantity of the sheet material.SOLUTION: A smoke-preventing hanging screen comprises: an incombustible sheet material 10 having flexibility; a pair of support means 20 for supporting the end portions of the sheet material 10; and an upper frame member 50 for enclosing the upper end edge of the sheet material 10. The smoke-preventing hanging screen is characterized in that: at least one of the support means 20 includes bias means 31 having an elastic member 32 for pulling the end portion of the sheet material 10 to the outer side; and the elastic member 32 is deformed according to the telescopic motion of the sheet material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
