A radio transmission system (1), having a radio transmitter (2), a cooler (3), a coolant path (4), a pump (5), and a heat exchanger (6). The radio transmitter (2) is installed indoors and is cooled by a coolant. The cooler (3) is installed outdoors and cools the coolant. The coolant path (4) connects the radio transmitter (2) and the cooler (3), and channels the coolant. The pump (5) is provided to the coolant path (4), and causes the coolant to circulate. The heat exchanger (6) has a heat storage member (61), and exchanges heat between the coolant and the heat storage member (61). The coolant path (4) branches, at an indoor position downstream of the cooler (3) with respect to the coolant flow direction, into a first coolant path (45) having the heat exchanger (6) and a second coolant path (46) bypassing the heat exchanger. The first coolant path (45) and the second coolant path (46) merge upstream of the radio transmitter (2) with respect to the flow direction. |
