The present invention relates to a heat pump type cooling and heating system, more specifically, a heat pump type cooling and heating system for providing hot water in the winter as well as summer. According to the present invention, the heat pump type cooling and heating system comprises: a heat pump which cools or heats the water supplied from a water-in line and discharges the cool or hot water throughout a water-out line; an interior cooling and heating unit which cools and heats the internal space of a building using cool water or hot water of the water-out line and connected to a first division line divided from the water-out line; a hot water supply tank which stores hot water of the water-out line and being connected to a second division line divided from the water-out line; a heat exchanger supplying the water which is provided from a feed water line in the outside to a hot water supply line by exchanging heat of the water from the outside with hot water in the hot water supply tank; a first and a second water return line which are each connected to the interior cooling and heating unit and an outlet of the hot water supply tank and joined to the water-in line of the heat pump; a three-way motor valve which optionally opens one of opening angles toward the first and second division lines and installed between the first and second division lines; and a controller applying an opening angle transfer signal to the three-way motor valve when there is a transfer between a cooling and heating mode and a hot water supply mode and being connected to the three-way motor valve. |
