The present invention relates to an electronic advertising billboard. The billboard includes an electronic display configured to display advertising content. The display is angled when the billboard stably rests on level ground. The billboard also includes at least one controller component operatively coupled to said electronic display and at least one battery pack for powering said at least one controller component.
