PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving apparatus achieving an observation having homogenized measurement characteristics, in measuring a plurality of optical modes.SOLUTION: A measurement apparatus 22 performs a measurement of a plurality of optical modes that are spatially separated and temporally nearly equivalent. The measurement apparatus 22 includes: a conversion apparatus including mirrors M3, M4 and a beam splitter BS3 which convert two optical modes input from an input port P1 and an input port P2 into a plurality of optical modes that are spatially same and temporally separated; and a photon detector 23 and a photon detector 24 which are observation devices for observing respective optical modes output from the conversion apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
