PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to create POI data for constructing a POI database that reflects information on a place at present accurately in real time without troublesomeness in maintenance.SOLUTION: A POI data creation device includes: a terminal position information acquisition part (45) that acquires information related to a place extracted from schedule information (SC) for a terminal (2) and point information on the terminal measured when the terminal (2) is present at the place, as a plurality of pieces of terminal position information (S1); and a POI creation part (52) that creates POI (Point Of Interest) data for specifying a place on the basis of the information on the place and the point information included in the plurality of pieces of terminal position information (S1).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
