PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic image photographing device capable of correcting, by numerical arithmetic processing, an amplitude/phase deviation occurring between elements of the Jones matrix of each pixel arising from polarization mode dispersion (PMD) or subpixel shift that is the main cause of the image degradation of an optical tomographic image and acquiring two-dimensional or/and three-dimensional tomographic images having higher SNR or picture quality, without adding a new optical system.SOLUTION: A correction method according to the present invention includes a step 1 for combining reflected light from one reflection surface at a prescribed position in a measurement optical path and reference light from a reference optical path and acquiring an A scan image corresponding to a Jones matrix, a step 2 for acquiring the amplitude/phase information of each element of the Jones matrix of each pixel of the A scan image, and a step 3 for acquiring relative information between elements of the Jones matrix of each pixel, the method correcting, on the basis of the relative information between elements, an amplitude/phase deviation between elements of the Jones matrix in each pixel of the tomographic image of an object to be measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
