The apparatus includes a plurality of cooling fins and a cooling tube configured to transfer heat from the cooling fins to a flow of coolant within the cooling tube. Each cooling fin includes a metallic substrate and a cooling tube gripping feature. According to one embodiment, each cooling fin can be a graphene enhanced cooling fin. |
