PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of concurrently achieving power saving of a sensor network and highly precise data measurement.SOLUTION: A sensor network control unit includes a feature calculation section 17 and a network control section 18. The feature calculation section 17 calculates a feature of sensor data in a predetermined area, on the basis of specific information including information indicating each position of a plurality of sensor nodes disposed in the predetermined area and sensor data measured with each of the plurality of sensor nodes.
