PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device, a liquid crystal display device and an electronic appliance, showing a wide viewing angle as well as smaller numbers of production steps and masks and lower production costs compared with conventional devices, by solving such a problem that the numbers of production steps and masks increase and the production cost becomes high because a pixel electrode or a common electrode is formed of ITO in order to make the pixel electrode or the common electrode into a light-transmissive conductive film.SOLUTION: A semiconductor layer of a transistor and a pixel electrode or a common electrode of a liquid crystal element are formed in the same process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
