PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that efficiently protects a signal line from noise in a memory area where a plurality of memory cells are formed.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a plurality of memory cells; a first power line for supplying a substantially constant first power supply voltage to one ends of the plurality of memory cells; a first signal line that propagates a first signal of a substantially constant potential; and a first shield wiring that extends adjacently to the first signal line, and that is supplied with the first power supply voltage from the first power line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
