PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when setting a destination or a via location in a conventional navigation device, external information cannot easily be utilized and it is troublesome to set the destination or the via location.SOLUTION: A destination or a via location can be set simply by a navigation device 1 comprising: a map information storage unit 101 capable of storing map information including one or more pieces of place information; a place-associated correspondence information reception unit 103 for receiving place-associated correspondence information pertaining to place-associated information including one or two or more pieces of place information and information other than the place information; a place information acquisition unit 105 for acquiring the one or two or more pieces of place information from the place-associated correspondence information; a route information generation unit 106 for searching for a route using the map information and generating route information, assuming at least one place information among the one or two or more pieces of place information as a destination; and a route information output unit 107 for outputting the route information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
