PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device which makes a control device less visible without fixing the control device to an inner wall of a building.SOLUTION: A fascia plate 12 includes: an upper plate part 20; and a lower plate part 30. The upper plate part 20 includes: a plate body part 21; a control device housing part 22 integrally provided with the plate body part 21; and a lid part 23. The control device housing part 22 is formed so as to protrude toward an inner wall W of a building B, has an opening 24 at the plate body part 21 side, and has a housing space 25 for a control device 13.
