PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of controlling a vehicle so as to ensure higher safety.SOLUTION: A processing device 18 estimates a driver's degree of concentration on driving performance on the basis of a deviation angle between a vehicle travel direction and a driver's visual line direction, a driver's drowsiness degree, and the like.
