PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding set capable of suppressing spatter generation and improving bead appearance in welding using a combination of a non-consumable electrode and a consumable electrode.SOLUTION: A welding set 100 comprises: a non-consumable electrode 12; a consumable electrode 15; a feed unit 29 feeding the consumable electrode 15; a short-circuit detection unit 52 detecting a short-circuit between the consumable electrode 15 and the base material 2 and outputting a short-circuit signal 62 containing information on the short-circuit; a measuring unit 53 measuring a short-circuit frequency that is a frequency of the short-circuit on the basis of the short-circuit signal 62 and outputting a short-circuit frequency signal 63 containing information on the short-circuit frequency; an error detection unit 54 calculating an error between the short-circuit frequency and a target value on the basis of the short-circuit frequency signal 63 and outputting an error signal 64; and a feed speed adjustment unit 55 outputting a feed speed adjustment signal 65 for adjusting a feed speed of feeding the consumable electrode 15 so as to reduce the error on the basis of the error signal 64 and adjusting the feed speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
