PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamfering device capable of further efficiently, inexpensively, and precisely carrying out chamfering.SOLUTION: A swing cut type chamfering device includes: an elevating device which supports a chamfering punch unit 5 having a punch member 9 equipped with a blade portion at a tip end; and a fixed base on which material A to be chamfered is fixed. A tip edge portion of the punch member 9 is formed in a tapered shape. The tip edge portion of the punch member 9 and an edge corner portion of the material A to be chamfered are disposed to be offset so as to be partially superimposed in an upper surface view. During the lowering of the elevating device, the chamfering punch unit 5 is guided by the tip edge portion formed in the tapered shape of the punch member 9 while scraping off the edge corner portion of the material to be chamfered with the blade portion formed at the tip end portion of the punch member 9, and rotated to the outside of the material A to be chamfered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
