PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power conversion device which achieves high heat radiation performance.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device according to the invention includes: a power semiconductor module; and a passage formation body in which an opening and a passage connected with the opening are formed. The power semiconductor module includes: a circuit body having a power semiconductor element; a first base part and a second base part; and a frame body connected with the first base part and the second base part. The first base part includes: first fins; and a first seal part which closes a part of the opening and is positioned on a side located close to the opening. The second base part includes: second fins; and a second seal part which closes a part of the opening and is positioned on a side located close to the opening. The frame body is connected with a side of the first base part on which the first seal part is not formed and a side of the second base part on which the second seal part is not formed. The opening is closed by a part of the frame body, the first seal part, and the second seal part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
