PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transformer device which allows for appropriate and easy transformation.SOLUTION: An output circuit 16 outputs a change signal Sj1 as a PWM signal which rises in synchronism with the rising timing of a signal when the duty of an outputted first PWM signal Si1 is less than 100%, and switching a FET11 on/off periodically at a timing longer than the period of the first PWM signal Si1. The output circuit 16 outputs a change signal Sj2 as a PWM signal which rises in synchronism with the falling timing of a signal when the duty of an outputted second PWM signal Si2 is larger than 0%, and switching a FET14 on/off periodically at a timing longer than the period of the second PWM signal Si2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
