PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue a label according to each of different states.SOLUTION: A commodity sales data processing system comprises a commodity data processing device and a label printer that issues a label to be attached to a commodity according to the instruction from the commodity data processing device. The commodity data processing device includes order input means that inputs an order desired by a customer; and issuance control means that performs a control of issuing a take-out label for a take-out commodity when the order input method is a first input method, and performs a control of not issuing a label or issuing a label containing difference information when the order input method is a second input method.
