A first lace (60) extends consecutively through a first lateral lace-receiving element (41), a second lateral lace-receiving element (42), a fourth medial lace-receiving element (54), a fifth lateral lace-receiving element (45), a third medial lace-receiving element (53), and again through the first lateral lace-receiving element (41). A second lace (70) extends consecutively through a first medial lace-receiving element (51), a second medial lace-receiving element (52), a fourth lateral lace-receiving element (44), a fifth medial lace-receiving element (55), a third lateral lace-receiving element (43), and again through the first medial lace-receiving element (51).
