PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a freezer from repeating actuation and stop frequently by preventing ice formed around electrodes for ice detection of an ice thickness detection sensor from being eroded by a water flow of cooing water in a cooling water tank.SOLUTION: A beverage cooling device 10 includes: a freezer 30 which cools cooling water by forming ice around an evaporator 33 disposed in a cooling water tank 20; a spiral beverage cooling pipe 21 which is provided in the cooling tank 20; an agitation blade 23d which is provided inside the spiral beverage cooling pipe 21 in the cooling water tank 20; and an ice thickness detection sensor which has electrodes 42, 43 for ice detection disposed around the evaporator 33. The spiral beverage cooling pipe 21 has a densely wound part 21a in which the pitch of wound pipe is reduced so that wound portions come into close contact with each other vertically, and a coarsely wound part 21b in which the pitch of wound pipe is increased so that the wound portions are separated from each other vertically above the densely wound part 21a, and the electrodes 42, 43 for ice detection of the ice thickness detection sensor 40 are provided on a side lower than an upper end of the densely wound part 21a of the beverage cooling pipe 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
