PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display board and a display apparatus that make basic color dots inconspicuous.SOLUTION: Indicator driving parts each have a rotation shaft that rotates an indicator. A display board 40 has through holes at positions corresponding to the rotation shafts and indication parts 41 shown on the indicators. Light emitting devices emit illumination light illuminating while transmitting the display board 40. The display board 40 has a translucent substrate 43, and a transparent design layer 47 that is formed on the rear face side of the translucent substrate 43 to display a chromatic color pattern with a number of basic color dots. The display board 40 has a light diffusion layer 46 that is formed on the front face side of the translucent substrate 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
