A reciprocating plunger-type gas compressor comprises a main system, a control system, a cooling system and a drive system. The main system comprises a main cylinder (6), and the main cylinder (6) comprises a plunger (22), a first gas cylinder (23), a second gas cylinder (37) and an oil cylinder (29). One end of the first gas cylinder (23) is connected with the oil cylinder (29), and the other end is provided with a first gas cylinder connecting block (21). The plunger (22) enters the gas cylinder (23) after passing through the oil cylinder (29) and forms a sealing chamber body A with the first gas cylinder connecting block (21). The second gas cylinder (37) is arranged at the other end of the oil cylinder (29) symmetrically to the first gas cylinder (23). After entering into the second gas cylinder (37) from an end of the second gas cylinder (37), the plunger (22) forms a sealing chamber body D with a second gas cylinder connecting block (32) on the other end of the second gas cylinder (37). An oil cylinder piston (28) is provided on the part of the plunger (22) in the oil cylinder (29), and the oil cylinder piston (28) divides the oil cylinder (29) into a sealed upper oil chamber B and a sealed lower oil chamber C. The present compressor drives the oil cylinder piston via the hydraulic oil so as to move the plunger up and down and compress gas, and is therefore highly efficient and energy conserving, and is particularly suited for the medium to high pressure gas compression which has higher suction pressure. |
