The technical solution relates to the field of computer technology and information technologies. Claimed is a mobile computer with hardware protection of a trusted operating system (OS), said mobile computer containing at least two reprogrammable read-only memory (RROM) devices, which are mounted in parallel on a "common bus", at least one of said memory devices, specifically the memory device designated for storing a trusted OS, containing a normally open-type mechanical switch connected to a WP (write protection) output thereof, said switch being located within the computer housing and allowing, after writing has been completed during a trusted-OS-configuration mode, for preventing writing to said RROM device when in a new-data operation mode, and a second mechanically-controllable change over-type switch, provided with positions which are equal in number to the number of RROM devices and which are connected to CE (chip enable) outputs of both of the RROM devices; the second switch contains at least one additional logic circuit which prevents the use of a mechanical control method for switching between RROM devices during an unfinished computer operating session (without the power being switched off and then switched on). |
