PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terahertz wave imaging device and a terahertz wave imaging method which suitably synthesize a terahertz wave image.SOLUTION: A terahertz wave imaging device includes: irradiation means (110) for irradiating an object (500) with terahertz waves; first image acquisition means (150) for acquiring first images by detecting the terahertz waves which have been reflected or transmitted by the object; second image acquisition means (170) for acquiring second images by detecting light different from the terahertz waves which have been reflected or transmitted by the object; and synthesis means (240) for synthesizing the plurality of first images corresponding to the second images on the basis of the second images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
