1. The computer-based method for providing feedback to suppliers, comprising the steps of:
(A) an administrative component of a system server receiving from a remote source electronically connected to the system server an indication that at least one service has been purchased by a user from a supplier; (B) determining at the administrative component that the at least one service purchased by the user from the supplier has been completed; (C) at the administrative component transmitting to a user input device a request for feedback with respect to the at least one service purchased by the user from the supplier; (D) the user inputting into to the user input device feedback, including positive, neutral, or negative feedback, with respect to the at least one service purchased by the user from the supplier; (E) transmitting from the user input device to the system server the feedback input at step (D); (F) an application module of the system server receiving the feedback transmitted from the user input device at step (E); and (G) a data storage module of the system server storing the feedback received by the application module at step (F) in a database electrically connected to the system server, with the feedback being tagged to a supplier file in the database. |
