An omnidirectional LED lamp comprising a light base (1), a heat sink (2), and a light core (3). A driver circuit is provided in the base. The lower extremity of the heat sink (2) is connected to the light base (1). The upper extremity of the heat sink (2) is sleeved in the light core (3). A light shade (4) is mounted on the heat sink (2) and accommodates the light core (3). The light core (3) is electrically connected to the driver circuit. A spray coating layer is provided on the surface of the light core (3). A circuit layer is formed on the spray coating layer by laser etching and chemical plating. Pins and an LED light bulb (31) connected to the circuit layer are provided on the light core (3). The bottom of the LED light bulb (31) is affixed to the spray coating layer. The heat sink (2) comprises a thermoplastic housing (21) and an aluminum thermally-conductive sleeve (22). The aluminum thermally-conductive sleeve (22) is a stepped column structure. The lower part of the aluminum thermally-conductive sleeve (22) is inserted into the thermoplastic housing (21). The upper part of the aluminum thermally-conductive sleeve (22) is inserted into the light core (3).
