PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery abnormality determination device capable of easily identifying abnormalities generated in a battery pack that is built by combining a plurality of batteries.SOLUTION: Bus bars 121 as connection members having electrical conductivity connect between electrode terminals 120 of a plurality of battery cells 101-104. A thermistor 122 detects the temperature of each of the bus bars 121. A BMU 18 as an abnormality identification means identifies a first abnormal condition and a second abnormal condition different from the first abnormal condition on the basis of a temperature difference determined by comparing temperatures detected by at least two bus bars 121 among temperatures detected by the thermistor 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
