PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor drive device excellent in quietness and durability by reducing vibration and noise generated in a speed reducer portion.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor drive device comprises: a motor portion A; a speed reducer portion B; a wheel bearing portion C; and a casing 22 accommodating the motor portion A and the speed reducer portion B, the speed reducer portion B including an external pin 27 engaged with outer circumferential portions of curved plates 26a and 26b making a revolving motion in response to rotation of a speed reducer input shaft 25 to cause the curved plates 26a and 26b to make a rotation motion; and a support mechanism 62 supporting an external pin housing 60 rotatably holding the external pin 27 in a floating state in the casing 22 via a rubber bush 61, negative clearance application means applying an axial clearance between the external pin housing 60 and the casing 22 as a negative clearance being provided in the support mechanism 62.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
