PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ionic liquid material and a method for producing the ionic liquid material.SOLUTION: Atoms, molecule and others of a vapor deposition material 11 constituting an arc plasma vapor deposition source are applied to an ionic liquid 7, so that nanoparticles of the vapor deposition material 11 are mixed and formed in the ionic liquid 7 in a monodisperse state.
