PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan attachment structure which prevents cracks from occurring in a rotary prevention member when an output shaft of a motor is press-fitted into a cylindrical resin rotary prevention member as a round bar.SOLUTION: An output shaft 13a formed by a round bar is press-fitted into a rotary prevention member 26 so as to integrally rotate with the rotation prevention member 26. Recessed parts 26e for making stress, which is caused in the rotary prevention member 26 by the output shaft 13a being press-fitted thereinto, uneven in a circumferential direction are formed.
