PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of achieving miniaturization.SOLUTION: A pump 1 of this invention includes an impeller 11, and a casing 13 storing the impeller and forming a flow passage. The casing has a plurality of casing components stacked along a rotation axis direction of the impeller to be fixed with each other, and parallel flow passage casing components 13b and 13c other than a first terminal casing component 13a arranged at a terminal on one side of the rotation axis direction of the casing components respectively form a suction flow passage 1c and a discharge flow passage 1e arranged in parallel with each other, and the first terminal casing component forms a communication flow passage 1d through which the suction flow passage and the discharge flow passage formed by the parallel flow passage casing component communicate with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
