PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die capable of preventing fall of an edge, allowing a cutting object to withdraw easily from the punching die, protecting a product, and preventing the punching die itself, when punching a thick thing to be cut such as a hard foam, a slip sheet or a hard rubber product.SOLUTION: A bed 4 of a punching die is changed from a plywood to a resin. A resin plate 3 is stuck on an extrusion (ejector) rubber 5, to thereby apply averaged extrusion power. A groove having a wider width as much as 0.2-0.3 mm than the edge thickness is provided on a path of an edge 7 of the resin plate 3 stuck on the rubber, to thereby facilitate vertical movement of the resin plate 3, and to prevent fall of the edge 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
