PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of a user when the user checks a liquid discharge object formed by a liquid being discharged to a medium.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device 1 includes: a discharge part 6 which discharges a liquid to a medium P transferred in a transferred direction A; a winding part 4 which winds a medium P to which the liquid is discharged from the discharge part 6; and a rotary body 2 which rewinds the medium P wound on the winding part 4.
