Disclosed is a conference management method for reservation and registration. The method comprises: a Bluetooth terminal receives broadcast information of an ibeacons device arranged in a conference room, starts a conference management application after parsing the broadcast information, sends a reservation request for at least one conference room to a server, and receives a reservation result sent by the server after the server performs analysis processing on the reservation request, so that the reservation step is completed; and after enabling the conference management application, at least one Bluetooth terminal measures the distance between the terminal and the ibeacons device in the conference room according to the information obtained by parsing, sends the distance to the server, receives from the server the position relationships between the terminal and other mobile terminals and the ibeacons device in the current conference room and the registration states of the terminal and the other mobile terminals, and displays the position relationships and the registration states, so that the automatic registration step is completed. Also disclosed is a Bluetooth terminal for reservation or registration.
