摘要 Provided in the present application is an electrode plate coating removal method, where an electrode plate comprises a current collector and a coating coated on at least one surface of the current collector, comprising the steps of: (1) using a solvent to wet the coating of a to-be-removed area on the electrode plate; (2) shining a laser beam onto the coating of the to-be-removed area on the electrode plate, thus allowing gasification of the solvent on the coating of the to-be-removed area on the wetted electrode plate, so as to blast the coating of the to-be-removed area on the electrode plate, and allowing exposure of the current collector of the to-be-removed area on the electrode plate; and, (3) removing coating residues produced in step (2). The solvent is used to wet in advance the coating of the to-be-removed area on the electrode plate, when the laser beam is shone onto the wetted electrode plate, the solvent present in the electrode plate gasifies instantaneously upon absorbing the energy of the laser beam, thus producing a strong transient pressure, and, under the effects of an enormous pressure, particles of the coating are peeled from the current collector, and the effect of removing the particles of the coating is achieved, thus avoiding damages to the electrode plate while preventing deformation of the electrode plate.
