PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device and an imaging system that can achieve a high-precision image having little ghost image.SOLUTION: An imaging device 100A has: a lens optical system L containing lenses 2 and 5, and optical areas 4 containing first to n-th optical areas (n represents an integer of 2 or more); an imaging element 9 having plural pixel groups to which light transmitted through the lens optical system is incident and each of which contains first to n-th pixels; an array type optical element 7 which is located between the lens optical system and the imaging element and comprises plural arranged optical elements, each optical element making light transmitted through the first to n-th optical areas incident to the n pixels of each pixel group; and a light absorption member 6 having optical absorptance which is substantially uniform in the wavelength direction in the wavelength region of light transmitted through the first to n-th optical areas and also substantially uniform in a spatial direction, light reflected from an imaging face of the imaging element being incident to the light absorption member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
