PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous resin dispersion containing a polyolefin resin, which is an aqueous resin dispersion excellent in blocking resistance and wettability, and coatable easily even in roller coating or in dip coating.SOLUTION: There is provided an aqueous resin dispersion formed by dispersing a polymer (C) formed by bonding polyolefin (A) to a polyether resin (B) in a water. In the aqueous resin dispersion, the polyether resin (B) contains a polyether resin (B1) whose HLB calculated by Griffin method is below 8 and a polyether resin (B2) whose HLB is 8-20.SELECTED DRAWING: None
