PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which is provided with a pouring port for dispensing a product including food product or the like such as frozen confectionery like ice cream etc.SOLUTION: A container for a dispensed product includes an upper part which moves or deforms to reduce a volume of an inside of the container, and a pouring port 40 opened during the movement or the deformation. The container is provided with a plurality of movable parts 42 and a fixed part 44 and shapes the product when the product is dispensed through the pouring port 40. A dispensing method includes a step of manufacturing the container, a step of forming the container, a step of displacing to a closed position after the formation, and a step of providing at least one locking mechanism for holding the movable parts 42 in the closed position by holding force.
