PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism split type centerless index device capable of machining slot grooves radially arranged with high accuracy and excellent efficiency at an inner peripheral side of a sector work-piece for a laminated iron core for a large motor or the like which is an irregular shape work-piece.SOLUTION: A work-table 80 for machining a sector work-piece E includes a two-layer structure of a lower table 81 and an upper table 82 attachable/detachable to/from the lower table 81. A driving mechanism 70 is mounted on the lower table 81, and a light-weight jig mechanism 60 for indexing and driving the specific sized sector work-piece E is mounted on the upper table 82. By combination of the driving mechanism 70 with high power and the light-weight jig mechanism 60, the number of indexing operation per unit time can be improved. The sector work-piece E in different size can be compatible in the shortest time by instantly changing the entire jig mechanism 60 with the upper table 81.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
