PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid rejection of an incoming call from the same telephone number, after cancellation of the telephone number used for troublesome telephone, or after use cancellation as troublesome telephone.SOLUTION: A management server connected with a telephone set or an adapter connected therewith over a network updates a reference time, becoming a reference for determining the up-to-date arrival time from incoming call history, at any time, for a telephone number registered on a telephone number list used for determining whether an incoming call is troublesome telephone, and updates the telephone number list by determining whether or not there is no incoming call for a predetermined period of each telephone number based on the lapse period from a reference time, and removing the telephone number of no incoming call from the objects to be determined as troublesome telephone, or changing an evaluation point indicating the possibility of troublesome telephone so as to lower the possibility of troublesome telephone. With such an arrangement, a telephone number not having the incoming record for a predetermined period can be reflected as possibly cancelled on the determination of possibility of troublesome telephone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
