This substrate connecting structure is provided with: a first substrate (11), which has a first conductor pattern (11b) formed thereon, and a first screw insertion hole (11c) formed therein; a second substrate (13), which has a second conductor pattern (13b) formed thereon, and a second screw insertion hole (13c) formed therein; a connector (17), which has a main body section (17a) having a disposition hole (17b) formed therein, and a connecting terminal (18); a regulating member (20) disposed in the disposition hole, said regulating member having a screw through hole (20a); a screw (21); and a stopper (23) having a female screw section (23b). One end portion of the connecting terminal is soldered to the first conductor pattern. The screw is inserted through the second screw insertion hole, the screw through hole, and the first screw insertion hole, and is screwed together with the stopper, thereby fastening the first substrate, the regulating member, and the second substrate, and electrically connecting the second conductor pattern and the other end portion of the connecting terminal to each other. |
