<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device of a transmission capable of improving fuel consumption in wide performance ranges from the low-speed traveling mode to the high-speed traveling mode by securing the amount of oil storage during the low-speed traveling. <P>SOLUTION: A reserving member 30 is arranged on an upper side of an output shaft 13 of a transmission mechanism 4.
