Provided is an antiviral disinfectant composition which is eco-friendly and safe to domestic animals since a composite extract of medicinal herbal ingredients and a natural medicinal mixture are used. To this end, the composition comprises as active ingredients: an extract of natural medicinal herbal ingredients composed of Arimonia pilosa L., Cmmelina communis, and Sutellaria baicalensis; citric acid; and bamboo vinegar.
